Arena Mobile Home Sales opened in 1984 with two Italian brothers named Tom and Frank Arena and their wives, Barbara and Jean. They started on East Avenue I with a Model Complex and filled many of the park communities in that area with brand new Manufactured Homes. Tom was a funny guy and loved to socialize. He loved people and always went the extra mile to make sure that his buyers were satisfied.
The next few years took a toll on Toms health so he retired in 1986 and purchased a mobile home in Palmdale where he lived the rest of his years. His daughter Janice and her husband Kent Romain became the new owners of Arena Mobile homes. Carrying on what her father had taught her. Good service, honesty, integrity and offering a good product at a fair price.
Later, Arena Mobile Homes moved their office to Palmdale and after that they moved to Quartz Hill on the corner of 50th West and Avenue M. Offering affordable home in Palmdale, Lancaster and Rosamond. Arena Mobile Homes have sold over 2000 homes in the Antelope Valley over the past 25 plus years.
